ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ joins Microsoft in launching the Canada Skills Program
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) joins Microsoft as the first public college in B.C. in the newly launched . By offering affordable, instructor-led training, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ is supporting the need for skills upgrading in this evolving digital economy.
“At this critical juncture when people are looking to build a solid future in uncertain times, the opportunity to upgrade and learn new and in-demand digital and technology skills is imperative,” says Claire Sauve, interim dean, Continuing Studies. “ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ is delighted to be partnering with Microsoft on the Canada Skills program to prepare British Columbians for the future of work, with practical skills and certifications in data analytics, AI, and cloud computing.”
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ is launching the program by offering five components of to start – Fundamentals, Administrator, Architect Design, Architect Technologies, and Data Scientist. Courses will begin online throughout October and November 2020. Free are scheduled for those wanting to learn more. Register at .
