From Saturday, May 29 until Sunday, June 13, 蜜桃传媒 (蜜桃传媒) Jewellery Art and Design students will be presenting their annual showcase in a new and innovative location 鈥� outdoors.
Typically a champagne-and-canap茅s affair in 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 Downtown campus atrium, last year鈥檚 jewellery show was shifted to a virtual event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While indoor gatherings are still restricted this spring, 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 Jewellery Art and Design students were inspired to utilize the large glass walls of 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 Broadway campus building B, displaying their famously creative jewellery vignettes inside the building while inviting the public to view them safely from outside.
Twenty-four displays of student-designed and handcrafted pieces will be featured along the building鈥檚 covered walkway, which is accessible from East 7th Ave. and Glen Dr.
鈥淚t will be viewed from outside the building, and will be well-lit, so visible anytime of the day or night," explains Karin Jones, 蜜桃传媒 Jewellery Art and Design instructor and department leader.
