ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) is located on the traditional and unceded territories of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™yÌ“É™m (Musqueam), ³§á¸µw³æ̱·É&³Ü²¹³¦³Ü³Ù±ð;7³¾±ð²õ³ó (Squamish), and ²õÉ™±ô¾±±ô·ÉÉ™³Ù²¹É¬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples who have been stewards of this land from time immemorial.

I believe that ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ has a unique and important purpose in the city of Vancouver and the province of British Columbia. We have strived to keep “community” at the core of our identity. Our overarching purpose is to improve lives, and education is only the beginning. Through education, we advance equity, sustainability, reconciliation, justice, well-being, and more.
Some very exciting initiatives lie ahead for the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ community, many of which are highlighted in ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s 2022-2025 Strategic Innovation Plan. I encourage you to explore this ambitious initiative, as we outline how ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ will embrace the future of post-secondary education and career training in B.C. with cutting-edge infrastructure, thoughtfully designed programs, and a culture of sustainable innovation.
